At Suncoast, we strive to provide you with high-quality medical supplies and equipment. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  - We accept returns for products that are in their original condition, packaging, and have not been damaged.

  - Special orders cannot be returned.

Return Timeframe:

  - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  - Returns requested after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Authorization:

  - To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our customer service team. We’ve made this part easy! Just follow the steps provided below, and a member of our service team will reach out to begin the return process. 

'Delivered Order Not Received':

  - If you claim that an order was not received despite our records indicating delivery, we will require valid proof of non-delivery. Credit or replacements will not be provided until this is established.

Condition of Returned Items:

    - Must be in their original packaging.

    - Must be unused and in their original condition.

    - Must be free of scratches or damage.

Please follow these steps for a successful return process:

 1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). They’ll provide you with an RAN and your return label.

 2. Please ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. 

 3. Include all original accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product, then please pack the product securely in its original packaging. 

 4. Once the box is taped, please affix the return label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode. 

 5. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package you are returning.

 6. At your earliest convenience, please take this package to a UPS location near you. To find your closest UPS location, visit the UPS Drop Off Locator or go to www.ups.com. 

 7. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return according to our policy.

Please note that shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return, exchange, or replacement is due to an error on our part.
